“I recently stayed at a hotel in Taksim, Istanbul, and I was incredibly satisfied with my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. I would especially like to thank the reception staff, Mr. Turgay and Ms. Beril, for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, making it even more enjoyable. Additionally, I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Mr. Nezat, the bellboy, who was always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!”

The hotel was everything I hoped it would be. The staff especially at the reception were amazing and made check in and check out very easy. We were offered late checkout because I was traveling with a baby. Sarkan and Barel were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The highlight of our trip was the pool and spa as well as the hotel location (walking distance to Taksim Square). I would definitely be booking here again!

I loved the view of the Bosphorus from the room. The hotel is very well located, close to Istiklal and the metro station. The staff, especially at the reception, the housekeeper... were fantastic. Aslı was especially sweet with my baby. The hotel was clean, with fresh sheets every day. My requests (baby bed, room on a higher floor) were perfectly accommodated. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent, right in the middle of Taksim Square, very close to public transportation that will get you to the city most famous attractions, also very close to very good restaurants and everything you'll need for your stay. It's a very good price-quality relation. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very good.

Everything was good..ramp was there since i have a wheelchair..the rooms were connected in a way i can take care of my childs..the stf was friendly and helpful.location was good ..hotel renewed and clean..breakfast was good although same dishes were served every day..
